Originally established in 1983 as a small family business, Niclair Denton, a Paralegal firm, grew quickly to over 20 employees providing agency and Conveyancing services. The business experienced many successes over the years becoming well known throughout Victoria, with offices in Melbourne, Moonee Ponds, Croydon and Geelong.
In 2000, a decision was made to divest the firm of the paralegal and agency interest with a view to concentrating on providing a Conveyancing service with a difference.
Melbourne & All Suburbs Conveyancing and Moonee Ponds Conveyancing were established for this purpose and were later exclusively appointed to act on behalf of one of the largest building companies in Victoria.
In July 2008, new laws came into effect requiring Victorian conveyancers to be licensed by the Business Licensing Authority. These changes within the industry required the establishment of Vic Legal Conveyancing which now incorporates the practices of Melbourne & All Suburbs Conveyancing and Moonee Ponds Conveyancing.
Our experience extends from basic land transactions to house and land packages, plan of subdivisions and property developments. We use the latest systems to maintain our efficient service levels, including the new electronic Pexa platform.
Vic Legal is about providing a service with a point of difference and we pride ourselves on the fact that on the most part, our clients are referred on a continual basis by our existing clientele and that, to us, speaks volume.
